Historic concrete with plaster military home in Fort Russell built in 1920. It appears to have been a 2BR/1¾ BA with kitchen, living room, utility/laundry room and separate storage room. From looking at the concrete floor, some interior walls were removed to make one open living space. There was an attempt to enlarge one of the rooms but was poorly done so it will need to be removed, and replaced if desired. On the south side of the house, a porch was enclosed to make a small bedroom. It has a nice elevation and overlooks the Chinati Foundation, the mountains and grasslands.
